Arbitration Room

The Arbitration room is located on the ground floor. This has been set up to resemble to a Court room to provide the perfect environment for conducting Arbitrations or large Mediations. The space features a bench for the Arbitrator, a large Bar Table with inbuilt data facilities, and a witness spot, along with audio-visual capability and recording facilities.

$1,100 incl GST per day. The cost includes use of audio visual and recoding facilities. Parties will need to provide their own USB or storage device to have recording downloaded. The cost includes the use of up to three (3) breakout rooms for the Arbitrator and each of the parties.

Mediation Room

The Mediation room is located on the first floor and is ideal for conducting large Mediations. The space features audio-visual technology for video conferencing and can sit up to 8 people.

$550 incl GST per day. The cost includes use of video conferencing facilities if required and use of a main Mediation room together with up to three (3) breakout rooms.

Break-Out Rooms

Smaller break out rooms are available to each party and provide a private and secure space. Break out rooms are located on both the ground floor and the first floor. The use of break out rooms is included when booking use of the other facilities on a per party basis. 

Individual Break-out Rooms cost $220 incl GST per day and subject to availability. The use of break out rooms is included in the room hire fee. We offer different sized Breakout rooms that can seat two, three or four people.

Self-serve tea and coffee facilities are available to all parties and are located in the kitchenette.

  • Catering services

Catering can be arranged subject to availability; we require at least 14 days’ notice for all catering enquires. Catering is charged at cost to the parties.

  • Access to bathroom facilities

Our centre offers maintained and clean bathroom access.
