Newcastle Resolution Centre offers purpose-built, state of the art facilities for conducting Mediations and Arbitrations. Our multi-functional rooms and spaced suit a variety of legal uses and are complimented by a range of inclusions and hospitality offerings.

Our Facilities

Abritration Room

$1,100 incl. GST per day

The Arbitration room is located on the ground floor and has been set up to resemble to a Court room creating the perfect environment for conducting Arbitrations. The space features a bench for the Arbitrator, a large Bar Table with inbuilt data facilities, and a witness box, along with audio-visual, recording and phone conference facilities.

The generous room layout and large Bar Table allow the multi-purpose use of for large conference or Mediation.

Mediation Room

$550 incl. GST per day

The Mediation room is located on the first floor and is ideal for conducting large Mediations. The space features audio-visual technology for video conferencing and can sit up to 8 people.

Break-out Rooms

$220 incl. GST per day (per room) subject to availability

Smaller break out rooms are available to each party and provide a private and secure space. Break out rooms are located on both the ground floor and the first floor. The use of one break out rooms per party is included when booking use of the other facilities.

There are both power and data points available in all breakout rooms to ensure a reliable internet connection.

Other Facilities

Internet data points are available in all rooms with guest WiFi available.

Self-serve tea and coffee facilities are available to all parties and are located in the kitchenette.

Catering can be arranged subject to availability; we require at least 14 days’ notice for all catering enquires. Catering is charged at cost to the parties.

Payment & finalisation

Invoices for room hire will be sent by email. Full payment must be received prior to the reservation date to confirm the booking. An access code will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
